"Very happy with our stay. Felt like a luxurious hotel, loved the high ceilings in the rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly responsive providing an early check in and followed up to see if we needed anything. Housekeeping each day is so rare, but they had it which was appreciated. The 24/7 coffee machine was a hit. Close to the subway and also a grocery store for amenities. Would have given 5 stars, but the neighborhood is a bit rough and we weren’t super aware of that when booking, but we had no issues night or day."

"The parking was ok outside the hotel because we parked across the street. The hotel was ok but sheets and blankets was dirty also hair in the bed. We had snacks on the stand look like mouse got into it. I think if it’s a one night kinda thing then ok for you I guess I was not happy at all. There was a tv and no remote also was stains on all the walls. Probably only good thing was the ac and that’s about it 😒"

"Really enjoyed the Q corner room. Small but got the job done. Best for one person. The vouchers on check in were great to buy snacks, beverages, etc. A bit noisy with outside traffic at night. The bathroom fixtures could have used some work such as the toilet paper holder but not the end of the world. The restaurant on site closes at 10:45 am but I ordered good food for delivery nearby. The little coffee bar in the lobby is nice. There is a coffee shop just across the street. Would stay there again. Very close to the Bronx."
