"We mostly stay at Hyatt Grand Central for the convenience to the station. This is our third visit this year. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and staff are very good. Some room finishes are older or not well done - visible wall anchors, wallpaper poorly aligned, a leaky sink. On the other hand, the bed and bedding were exceptionally comfortable, and the room is fairly quiet, other than some traffic noise. We were able to request late checkout via text. Desk staff, security, and housekeeping personnel were all friendly."

"Great location, and staff, multiple elevators so no wait. Luggage storage was helpful. Room was quiet despite being half block from Times Square. Located within easy access of attractions and subway entrances. No fridge in room. But water and ice was easily obtained in hallway."

"Excellent hotel/hostel. I chose a room with a shared bathroom, and the stay was excellent; I encountered no problems, and the space remained consistently clean."

"Great location, great price. Only issue(s) are minor. Wall A/C is loud, so T.V. Volume has to be somewhat high. Another traveler below our room decided to call cops rather than ask the building manager to handle it; but hey… what’s New York without a little crazy. Elevators are old, so a bit small… but better than walking 14 stories!!! Will stay here again next time."
