"We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025. It is EXACTLY as charming as thd photos suggest. Located on W92 St close to the subway (1/2/3) we consistently got to Time Sq in 15 minutes from walking out the door. At the same time, the area is very safe and quiet, making it the perfect retreat from the mayhem! The property owner is fully contactable at alm times and cannot be more accommodating. An excellent choise, fully recommended."

I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. "Our stay myself husband and grown kids 5 total. after long days walking in the city and being beyond tired we came back all 4 nights to what could only be described as a party.there was loud music with bass yelling and what sounded like bowling every night we got ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP.we are coming home from a trip that was suppose to be relaxing completely EXHAUSTED.so be mindful that there is a Vrbo space they rent out above you so look for single unit for your bookings."
