The rooms are very small (almost podlike) but comfy and well designed. But the welcome cocktails are epic, the self service soft drinks, the free ice cream on arrival, the little products they offer, the breakfast and the small nice onsen. Extreme value for money. "清潔感があります。ホテルの部屋とは違う解放感があります。付帯設備は使い易いです。 名護市からやや離れた住宅地にあり、とても静かな環境です。 場所が分かりづらいので、もう少し案内が適切であった方が良いです。タブレットによるチェックインは最初戸惑います。 滞在期間中の外気温が13℃〜15℃、沖縄としてはかなり寒く、エアコンの暖房が1階リビングは殆ど効かない(吹き抜けになっているためだと思いますが、2階は各部屋にエアコンがあり全く問題なし)のでかなり寒かったです。1年の中でも一番寒い時期だったので仕方ありません。ベッドの布団はかなり温かく熟睡できました。 炊飯器が常備されている筈でしたがありませんでした。お米を持って行きましたが、他に炊飯できるような鍋釜がなく、フライパンの蓋もないので炊飯は諦めました。炊飯器がある旨の記載は直ぐに削除すべきです。 その事以外は何ら不都合はなく、非常に快適に過ごせましたので、再訪したい宿泊施設でした。"

"We had an excellent stay at New Normal Hotel in Nago. The room was immaculately clean and spacious for two. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus and we still had a decently spacious bathroom. In addition there is free parking and a great Izakaya across the street! Highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again when we travel back to Nago. "

"Building is old but inside is kept clean and almost all utensil were available - from vacuum cleaner to dress drier, from toothbrush to room fresheners! They provided rice-cooker also on on request. I can't compare it with 5 star hotel but it was a pleasant stay!"

"Each room has its own parking space, which I think is great. The room has two single beds, a small kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and a private balcony. Opposite the balcony is the Nago Pineapple Garden. I will visit again next time."
