"Most disgusting sh*thole ever!!! BEDBUGS!!!! The 1st room- the TV didn't work. The front desk lady told me to come down to switch it. When I got in the elevator I almost slipped because the whole thing had puddles. No wet caution sign. When I got down there, the water trailed all the way down the hall & lobby to the pool. When I mentioned it, she shrugged it off like it's normal because kids just got out. They switched me to "a suite that is their most expensive room" because they didn't have any other double bed rooms. It was about 8pm now. Watched TV until 10 & went to bed. At 2am I woke up itching all over. I had bites everywhere! I started searching the bed & lo and behold- BEDBUGS!!! Dead ones & alive ones. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I waited until first light & got the hell out of there!! When I told the front counter before leaving, & asked for a refund, again- didn't seem like anyone cared. She said she wasn't even a front desk person & I would have to call the manager later but more than likely I would not get a refund. Even though I told her I had video & photo proof. The NEXT day they attempted to charge my card a 2nd time for another $100 security deposit!!! Luckily my card was locked!! Expedia attempted to contact them on my behalf to get a refund. I honesty don't know how those conversations went but at the end of the day, I was not getting the refund.
I also reported them to the local Health department & also to Super 8 Wyndham managent. "
