The rooms all had different themes which was cute, and there was a lot of room to take friends and family. "Loved the location, with Green Valley Park very close by. The property was as described in the listing and photos. Communication was great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Payson and surrounding areas. I will definitely be looking to book again on my next trip to the area."

"What a handsome house this was, and full of all sorts of places to relax inside and out. The kitchen was filled to the brim with everything we needed to cook. The piebar across the street was so tasty and there were hiking trails right down the road. It was a little far away from standard tourist places like Sedona, but fantastic for its quiet atmosphere. "This is an older manufactured home. It has some creaks and the neighborhood is a little older. The decor is ok but definitely not the same theme throughout. If you want fancy this might mot be it, however it’s clean and the beds are nice. The guest bath is small and the primary has a small shower. The shower handles are tricky too. Overall, I would most likely stay again if visiting the area. "

"We loved this place! Very clean, our favorites were the firepit area, wine, and smores (all provided). Very peaceful neighborhood. We got to enjoy the elk in the morning and evening from the nice porch. The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We didnt want to leave! We definitely want to come back. A perfect place in everyway. Thank you!Small note to host that living room remote stopped working. New batteries did not help but we just downloaded an app so no worries...
