"Fabulous stay, short walk over the park to the village centre for shops, pub and several dinkng options. Great continental breakfast with vegan options too. Shower was good with hood water pressure, bed comfy and new and clean linens. Parking plentiful and wifi signal was good too. Woukd defjnitely stay again when in Bristol working. Glad they've kept as many as the original features as possible. Loved it."

"It's great character and perfect location. We returned to the hotel about midnight after taking a relative home after a great meal. Parking over the bridge and walking across the car park in the dark was quite challenging. I did report it and suggested some low level lighting would be helpful even if it were sensor operated. They took note and said it would be brought the Managements attention. Would be very happy to return and to recommend."

"Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people. Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old. It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying...

"The check-in was easy. We had a room in the courtyard. The courtyard was beautiful. You can tell the owners loved and looked after it well. Our stay was great and very quiet. The breakfast was great. Best scrambled eggs. This was a great place to enjoy the Cotswolds. Cirencester was lovely too. Would stay at the old Brewhouse again. "

"The hotel is in an old building. The floors are uneven and very creaky to be expected. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom wet tired. The bar was very quiet but the landlord was very friendly and chatted with me for some time which made being solo pleasant. WIFI works just fine through the building. Breakfast was lovely. "
