"Near the beach"

"The hotel was built in 1995 wich makes it 29 years old. That being said no rill up keep or upgrades made the beds and all the furniture are old the oly new thing is the one tv the other was from the 90s"

"Staff was overall friendly and happy to answer questions to their guests. Our stay in our room was also overall clean with provided personal care products, soft bedding, and free Wi-Fi. My only critique would be the pool as the water had a murky green look to it and didn't seem clean to swim in. The inn & suite was a great location as it is a less than 5 min drive to the nearest beach."

"It’s definitely old school style hotel at the beach but even with age they have kept everything very nice. The only complaint I think I have were the mattresses were very worn out and uncomfortable. Other than that We loved our stay here. The staff were nice, thoughtful, and helpful."

"The rooms are nice but the outside is kind of dumpy and the area it’s in is sketchy. But the staff was nice, we left some items in the room and they called to let us know and asked what they should do with the stuff."

"The Hotel is in a great location, has great views and the rooms have been nicely updated. Our only complaints would be that the walls seem very thin. We could hear the tv and people talking in the room next to us till late into the evening. Also, there is a bright light that stayed on all night, that was outside a window that has no coverings, next to the front door."

"The first room we were offered was open and hadn't been cleaned. The second room was fine. There was a healthy crop of weeds in the parking lot. Ocean Shores looks a bit like a tired relic of an old-fashioned resort from decades past. It's attempting to bring itself up to date, but has a long way to go. "

"Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated with relaxing colours. It appears that updates to the bathroom were recently done. The Wi-Fi was a fast connect and quite reliable. Also, the front desk attendant was friendly and accommodating (as per my request for more pillows). There were some negatives though - the shower head in the bathroom needs replacing, and the padded chair was quite shabby with cigarette burns and tears. The "breakfast" was quite poor. There was no hot...

"We requested handicpped access and not disapointed. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. And breakfast a special surprise hot sausage and scrambles. We will visit there again when in the area!"

"Very clean and very updated. Layout of room does not provide a good location for suitcases/clothes however. No safe convenient access to beach."
