We had no difficulty with leaving our key whenever we went out and picking it up on our return. The shower, etc. worked just fine. "We stayed 2 nights on a short family visit. Amin at reception was great and very welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time and were offered bag storage so we could start exploring the city until the room was ready. The room offered was basic but very clean with crisp white linen and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The next day, while we were out, the room was again cleaned, beds made and the towels replaced with spotless fresh ones. We slept well and didn't notice any excessive noise...
