Not very great.

The heater did not work in the room. I reported it to the front desk and they said they'd fix it but it still didn't get fixed. Luckily it wasn't too cold. They did not clean after my first night there; towels were still wet and bedding hadn't been change. They asked me if I wanted breakfast the first day and I said yes but only 2 of 3 days. When I ate the first day apparently they did not charge me so they had to charge me then. The breakfast was very disappointing for the price and they did not even have breakfast ready at the correct time on the morning of my checkout. The only positive things were that the room was fairly clean and the location is fairly close to Grand Place.

I have travelled in over 70 countries. I have never encountered the level of rudeness and condescension l experienced at this property. The rooms are sub basic, no safe, tiny bathroom, nowhere to hang clothes. One plug socket, window giving on to an insecure light well. Linen was clean, although towels were old and rough. The hotel insist on key cards being returned to reception when guests go oit. They will not however, guarantee safety of property left in the rooms. When this was raised, the receptionist became angry, began to shout and attempted to intimidate me. This was not miscommunication, l speak fluent French. Overall, a run down, overpriced and badly maintained property. It's only good point is its superb location.

Great location away from the crowds but still walkable to the sights ,bars, restaurants and shopping! The bathroom was nicely remodeled, but the room well , needs some interior designer attention!

Horrible smell

This hotel is one of the dirtiest hotel I ever been to. The smell is so horrible that I had to stay away from the room all day. Location is very good and the staff members are very nice and helpful, however it doesn’t take much effort to fix the smell in every room. Also it would be helpful if you can change the bedsheets every now and then.

Fint og centralt budget-hotel. Pænt og rent, godt til prisen. Meget basic, men hvis man leder efter et rum blot til overnatning er det et rigtig fint bud. Dejligt med 24 timers service.

This property was in a good location and was reasonably priced. It had all the basics that you need and the reception staff were helpful. Don’t expect luxury, but for a 2 star property it was well kept and was fine. I’d stay here again for sure

Tiene una muy buena ubicación porque esta entre el centro de Bruselas y la estación de Tren Midi, y ambos lugares se puede llegar caminando a menos de 15 minutos. Instalaciones del hotel sencillas (No es un hotel 5 estrellas), pero todo limpio, el cuarto es grande y sus alrededores seguros, personal 24horas y agradable. Recomiendo tomar su desayuno (es sencillo: huevos sancochado, queso, jamón, jugos, frutas, etc.), es mucho más económico que desayunar en un local, no vas a quedar lleno, y en el hotel se come mejor. Si van de vacaciones recomiendo encarecidamente tomarse un día para ir a Brujas, y otro para ir a Gantes (cada lugar ir es días diferentes). Como recomendación al hotel, tener canales de televisión en ingles, o colocar netflix o algo similar.

OK ophold for 2-stjernet hotel men høj pris!

Opholdet var vel acceptabelt for et tostjernet hotel, men prisen var ekstrem høj (over 3000 kr pr nat!). Urimelig pris, men måske derfor der var et ledigt værelse.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Nötigste ist vorhanden, aber nicht allzuviel Komfort. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein, hatte aber eine schöne Aussicht. Das Bett war zu weich für mich.

Very helpful staff and able to leave luggage there while exploring Brussels for the day. Found a very nice bakery near by. Only 15min walk into the beautiful square. Brand new TV in the room. Very good linen on the beds. Lots of hot water.
