The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). Clean, easy to find, well situated property short walk from amenities and town centre. We’ve not booked a room with a fridge/kitchenette before and it was a revelation! Staff friendly snd spoke perfect English.

Great location, metro is right outside of the hotel. They offer free good coffee at lobby. Laundry room was easy to operate with 9 Euro total including wash and dry. Staff were friendly, highly recommended.

The week between Christmas and New Years is WAY TOO CROWDED and I would never go back during that week. This was my second visit to Brussels, and it's a great city and an excellent jumping off point for other European cities.

Getting around Belgium is very easy & for someone from CA, nothing is all that far away. Brussells is a place full of history & beautiful architechture, breweries & little cafes. I found the people to be friendly & very accepting of foreigners.
