"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. "Food presentation in the dining room was excellent.Similar to that of a cruise ship. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even spoke a little English. Their Amazon tour was excellent and worth the price. Left at 9 A.M.back by 3 P.M. which included transport and lunch. The pool is currently under construction (Nov. 2018), and once completed, will be a nice place to relax. Rooms were large, and clean No air conditioning, but large ceiling fan which provided sufficient cooling."
