"Good location for visiting the University. Very clean and looked new. We had a nice stay, however the instructions for parking garage and apartment building entrance & elevator were confusing. Also, misinformation on parking spot. Had a lot of back and forth communication with co-host for over an hour. Not fault of owners but note that there was a lot of street noise during night and early morning and a couple of homeless people just outside the building."

"This is our second year coming to this location. We really enjoyed these cabins compared to the larger cabins because we all were in one area and was easier to communicate and reconnect. Went when it was extremely hot and had a heat advisory, but the AC worked fine and had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Have no issue ever with these locations."

"This apartment was absolutely perfect for us! Our daughter graduated from the University of Iowa, which was a quick 2 block walk! Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we could have wanted! Will definitely try to book again!"
