"We ended up needing a hotel for a few nights while in the area. Its was very budget friendly and very clean. Roof top pool was excellent and also area and pool very clean. Breakfast is also budget friendly and served us well. Its not a resort to spend you time in really but as a base to travel from parking was easy and cost was affordable."

"A terrible stay. So shameful, we escaped and checked out after the first half an hour because of how dirty the place was. Very badly maintained, very unclean, mild everywhere, cockroaches were all around the property, sheets were dirty, staff not very kind!"

"Fantastic little hotel in the heart of Larnaka. Its all you need, rooms are clean staff are very friendly also."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location — close to the beach and restaurants. Airport bus stop right outside the door."

"Lovely little place"

"Good location, breakfast average. The room had a bad smell, would not stay again."

"Brand new apartment block, perfectly clean and staff on hand to support. Great location with no issues what so ever. Parking is limited but other than that its spot on."

"Very good location close to the beach. Helpful staff ,very comfortable bed."

"It is a very nice property and we appreciated how nice and accommodating the owner and staff were. I would like to stay there again when I return to Cyprus. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Great spot we are definetly coming back!"

"Nice beautiful place central in the charming town. I strongly recommend it."

"Nice hospitality"

"Great location and staff"

"Staff were very pleasant . Rooms ok . Bed changed every other day so ok . Bit hit and miss with towels which were clean but very old and frayed in parts . Booking did not say that no food at all was served at hotel and we were directed to the Larco hotel for breakfast which was a block away ! This detail needs adding to the hotel details ! Balcony wasn’t swept in the 2 weeks we were there ."

"Comfortable bed , shower always poweful and warm. Wi fi fast and reliable , Facilities close and easy to reach. "

"It is a nice little apartment within walking distance to the beach. The pullout sofa wasn't great but the rest of the apartment was. I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 adults."
