"Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eng, hellhörig und abgewohnt! Es wurde nie renoviert. Bequem kann es mit maximal 4 Personen bewohnt werden. Sehr einfache und knappe Ausstattung der Küche. Die Terasse ist groß es gibt aber keine Liegen, Sofas o.ä. nur 4 Plastikstühle. Man sieht mit Neid zu den Nachbarn. Küchengeräte sind teilweise nicht nutzbar: Netzadapter sind selbst mitzubringen. "I would stay in this place without hesitation if I ever go back to Larnaca. The only thing I did not think was worth the money was breakfast. Fruit selection was extremely basic. (Only watermelon, melon and some strange looking peach from a tin) Other than that, the hotel was fantastic and so was the staff."

"The staff were amazing - very attentive - particularly at breakfast. Excellent breakfast choices, including non-dairy and gluten free options. The pool and the gym were very quiet - never crowded. 30 minutes walk to Finikoudes beach and great restaurants but the pool and restaurant, cafe and pool bar at the hotel were also great options. Watching the sunset from the bar on the 16th floor was beautiful."

"Excellent, modern hotel - the pool is great, included breakfast is pretty good and it's also a good, central location for getting to Larnaca or Ayia Napa / Protaras beaches. Only inconvenience is not the hotel's issue but one of ongoing roadworks that are taking forever to complete on Dhekelia Road which means you annoyingly lose some convenience since you have to take some backstreets and drive off-road to get to the hotel - hopefully that will be resolved soon."

The guest rooms are spotless and noticeably larger than those typically found in many European hotels. The pools are pristine and beautifully maintained, and the beachfront is simply irresistible. The complimentary breakfast is truly exceptional, offering three extensive buffet stations. Weekly highlights include complimentary wine tasting, which provides an enjoyable introduction to the remarkable quality and diversity of Cypriot wines and evening entertainment including the lively and colorful Cyprus Night with its energetic traditional folk dancers. Over the years, we have stayed at many of the neighboring hotels. What keeps bringing us back to Sandy Beach Hotel, year after year, is its genuinely warm atmosphere and its remarkable staff. Many of them have been with the hotel for years, and their honesty, kindness, and unwavering dedication make them feel more like family than hotel employees. They greet every guest with a smile and consistently go above and beyond to make each stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.
