"Absolutely perfect hotel, wonderful breakfast, wonderful caring staff. Worth every penny, and it is very reasonably priced. The room was so large and comfortable, I really hated leaving. The bathroom was large and we had hot water on demand. There was a kitchen sink, a little stove and pots/pans and dishes. This was our most pleasant stay in Bolivia with beautiful views. "Due to late running buses and a very early flight we spent less than 6 hours in the hotel! The room was generally ok, we booked a twin and it was a large room with 2 double beds. The bathroom wasn't great, the shower door did not shut properly and water did not drain away very quickly. We had to check out very early and they arranged a takeaway breakfast for us."

"Very disappointing. We got a standard room, the bed was so uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs through the mattress. There was no pressure in the bathroom (we did mention it). Be aware that every night we were there the place right next to it plays gig very loudly until 1/2am so not a chance of an early night as they don’t have double glazing. The rooftop itself is great and the food very enjoyable. The staff up there was nice. "

"This is a special place, really lovely people take great care to cook delicious meals, keep gardens looking beautiful, and give recommendations on what to do and see. Loved the room too. Be warned you do have to walk uphill a while to get there, was tough for us as we hadn’t acclimated to the elevation. But we’ll worth it!"

"First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. We booked a couple of tours with them and they were fantastic and well organized. Do make sure you bring cash and if using USD, the bills have to be crisp, no tears or defects AT ALL."
