Nice staff at reception and breakfast. Room are modern. Except the wooden doors. Beds very soft. Rooms are small, No space for bags and luggage. Nice bathroom. Breakfast ok. But no fresh orange juice and no normal cheese. You have to pay extra for hot chocolate. No hair dryer in the room.

For a small business hotel, it's pretty good in general. A few things could be improved, I asked for fresh towels, they keep. Re folding the towels and putting them back. At least one bottle of water per day in the room would be nice. There was no safe in my room. The food menu in the rstsursnt is very limited and never changes, it would be good to have some daily specials. The pizza was awful raw dough. I asked to cook it more and the top was burned but still raw dough inside :( staff were all very friendly and helpful and most spoke English pretty well.

Everyone was very polite and respectful. It all started at the airport with the shuttle driver that helped us with everything. The front desk staff well knowledgeable about addresses and services. Both days we had breakfast were kinda late, but people in charge of the cafeteria made extra effort to get us everything to get us satisfied with it. Excellent and quiet place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone for business or pleasure.

Quiet and cozy hotel

A just renewed hotel, comfy, cozy and clean room. Tasty breakfasts. 3 blocks a way from historic center witch makes this hotel a quiet and lovely place to stay. Highly recommend!

El lugar está en buena ubicación pero en una zona sucia, ruidosa y pareciera insegura porque en la esquina está la peniteciaria de La Paz. Pleasantly surprised

We booked this hotel last minute for 2 nights and did not do much research on it before booking. We we're pleasantly surprised by how new and clean this hotel was for the price. WiFi worked great and we had a great view of the city. Great helpful staff and good location near all the main tourist attractions. Unfortunately we had to leave the country early due to Coronavirus border closings. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in La Paz.

Central location, clean and good service.

This centrally located hotel is a good option in La Paz. It is clean and the service is good. It has a nice view over the central square. It is also not too far from the airport (about 25 mins drive) so can be used to overnight from there if you are between flights.

The staff is professional, they are really attentive, helpful, we really appreciate them, rooms are clean, but not so spacious, bathroom is fine, but water goes almost everywhere if you take a shower. Nice location on the Plaza San Pedro, walking distance from the Calle Sagarnaga or even the Main Square of Plaza Murillo. All in all we loved our stay in the Altus Express of La Paz, would stay there again if returning to La Paz

Altus hotel

Very nice hotel, in front of a small square and only three blocks away from the main street. Friendly people at the reception, very good breakfast, very nice and clean room. If in the future I will come to La Paz, I will stay in this hotel.
