"The pictures on your booking site are not at all a true reflection of the hotel. The hotel was dirty, bedding and pillows were also dirty. Shower in the bathroom did not work they replaced this with a bucket and cup. The way window in the bedroom was broken which they couldn’t fixed, so their solution was the draw the curtains to fix the problem. DO NOT STAY HERE."

I went there at 12 PM check in time and the front desk guy says there is no room available at the moment to check in because he gave my room to someone unknowingly despite my booking.
