"When I booked the whole room, it clearly has a tag 'private washroom' but when i get into the room, there was no private washroom rather than a common space for shower, basin and toilet and male female washroom was not separated which was very inappropriate. The hostel should remove the fake advertising of 'private washroom' with this dorm room."

It’s dirty, it’s run down, the staff are rude & during the night dogs bark at the back all night long. Tbh the best thing they could do is tear the place down. The food at the Thai restaurant across the road is exceptional & that is the only positive thing I have to say "
