La zona es muy tranquila aunque se escucha bastante el ruido de los apartamentos contiguos. También hay algunos problemillas que sería facil de arreglar (bombillas de techo sin lamparas, cabezales de cama sueltos, restos de alguna gotera). Lo que sí debería mejorar...
