"Accueil médiocre le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas.Pas de prise accessible dans la chambre pour charger son portable. La chambre est vieillotte ( annee 70) pas de dérouleur de papier toilette. Pas de personnel présent à notre depart pour rendre les clés. Seul le petit déjeuner nous a laissé une note positive. Cet hôtel ne correspond pas au standing d’un 3 etoiles comme indiqué à l’entrée de l’établissement. Hôtel très décevant"
"We came into France on a whim during our road trip and staying here was a great decision! I’m laughing at how long it took us to figure out the blinds for the window, but the room was comfortable, cool, and everything we needed. After a long day of hiking and driving the hotel restaurant was convenient and exceeded all of our expectations. We also opted for the breakfast buffet, which was also wonderful."
"Continental is a reasonable standard hotel, room is just enough for the purpose, carpets needs commercial cleaning to prevent bad odours, staffs are excellent and they are visible and pleasant"
"Location is SUPER!! overlooking Luz-Saint-Sauveur, comfortable & efficient space. clean sheets & enough linens, but you have to make the beds or pay a fee. Checking in was a bit of a hassle since we didn’t notice the front desk timing but they were thoughtful enough to send me an e mail, but still I didn’t read it! It worked at the end & big thanks to the front desk lady for her efforts to reach us. Only 2 comments I would give to the management…. Please provide soap & dishwashing detergent, &...
"Great place to stay. Within walking distance of the Grotto at Lourdes. You can pay for the full breakfast at the hotel or just purchase a coffee and a croisant and be on your way."
"This property does not look like the posted pictures when booking. It lacked amenities- no shampoo and conditioner; no facial tissues; the whole bathroom floor gets wet bcc of inadequate shower partition; the soap holder was broken and the shower head did not stay in place ."
