"The lady in the reception was very helpful. My original booking was for a single room with breakfast. A friend came along so I requested for a double room and paid extra with breakfast for my friend when I checked in. No issue whatsoever with my request. The issue was when we came down for breakfast and I was persistently told by two staffs that I only paid for 1 breakfast. Eventually they checked their list and there was an addendum that I paid breakfast for two. Otherwise very comfortable bed and perfect location. Will hopefully book again next year."

"A delightful overnight stay in the heart of Lourdes, very close to the Sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff responded quickly to any requests. Book with breakfast—as the food is varied and very good. Highly recommended!"
