Lovely house on the side of the hill. Just three rooms. We were very well fed and very well taken care of by the owner and her family. I loved being able to sit out and look at the mountains and hear the river down below. Very hard to find though. Make an effort to be sure you have clear specific directions to the house before you arrive.

All hotels was fully booked in Pau, found this nice hotel in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Stayed for 5 nights. Basic but very clean rooms, good wi-fi and work desk allowed for effective work at the hotel.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The desk clerk was particularly accommodating. The waiter at the restaurant was adequate but not more than that.

Clean, excellent location, great breakfast.

The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!

Excellent customer service, the staff is great, very personal and attentive

Super clean and cozy apartment and very well equipped. The owners, a married couple, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great as well. The whole place is cozy and friendly. Also close enough to the ski resort. Definitely will be coming back here! A lot of care has been put into this place. So glad we stayed here!

This is a great Hotel in Lourdes. Big bathroom in case you have someone with special necessities. The people are very friendly and the location are superb!

This hotel was recommended by a friend. Very close to the St. Joseph gate of the Basilica. Make sure to bring a washcloth, hair rinse, and body lotion if desired, as these are not provided. The shampoo they provide is a combination shampoo/body wash. Staff was excellent; very helpful. will stay here again in my next visit.

This place is great! The owner is VERY helpful and upon arrival will take a few minutes to show you where to go and what to do to make the most of your time in Lourdes. The rooms are all VERY clean and bright and they all have a nice balcony. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very typical for France; small but clean and functional. The owner provided outstanding service for us. We were unable to use our US credit cards at the gas station and he offered to drive with us to a station and use his card and we paid him for the gas. Don’t be put off by the fact that reception for check in closes at 9; the automated kiosk was very easy to use. The rooms and breakfast are basic but fine for an overnight stop.

I stayed at the Hotel Majestic in late Sept 2015. My review is delayed because I mistakenly thought that I had completed it (when, in fact, I hadn't). The hotel is centrally located, and it is ~5 min walking distance from the Shrine. Upon check-in, my family realized that we were going to be on the top-most floor.
