"The lobby area is beautiful, and the front desk staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze since I did a pre check. Smoking room with a king bed. Room was in good condition, bed was comfy. Only complaint was the bed sheets felt like I was sleeping on tissue paper, & for a $400 one night stay, I did expect better quality sheets. "

"This facility has potential but the maintenance has been neglected. The pool and spa were shut down for maintenance but no one worked on it during the 3 week days we stayed there. The HVAC system (air exchanger) wasn’t working properly and it made the room air very humid. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and hardworking but the front desk staff acted like they would rather be somewhere else. It’s a great location."

"We were welcomed in the parking lot by the hostess at the resort and brought to our cabin. The place was fantastic! It was great to have a full kitchen and be able to fix our own food. My wife was impressed by the cleanliness of our accommodations, which are VERY important to her. We want to come back next summer when we have relatives come for a visit from Alabama."

"I’ve stayed at this lovely little place before so I had my experiences. I don’t know why this time was different; the air had an odor smell to it, there was red gunk on the bathroom door/handle, and the sink would clog. Everything else was fine. A bit disappointed but I didn’t worry too much. Just had my expectations."
