"This is the nicest hotel in Gadsden. This one has been renovated recently and I had no complaints. They know this and the price is reflected. The other Hampton inn here is about 10 mins away and it’s fifty less a night usually but hasn’t been renovated yet. "

"The staff at this hotel were extremely cordial and helpful. The lady at the breakfast bar was a delight. I watched her patiently explain to a child how to make waffles to a preteen child. Her attitude was so different than many workers today. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The improvement I see they need to make would be updating their tubs ( very small) and providing drapes that fully close to block out light. I clipped them closed with two pants hangers! Overall, a very good value. "

"Everything was good except the house cleaning does not come around apparently unless you check out that they do not come around if you stay more than one night that is wrong that never used to have on our young"

"This property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked, but hot breakfast is only provided on the weekend, which was fine for us. The beds were comfy and shower pressure was good. My only complaint is that the place was very hard to find at night. There isn’t good signage from the road. I drove past it twice. Also, there is a dilapidated hotel directly beside the property. I did not feel safe at all going to the car at night alone when I realized I left...
