This is a charming hotel and we had a wonderful third floor view. The only challenge you might encounter, besides no lift, is the church across the square that rings the bells every quarter hour 24 hours per day. If you stay long enough it is probably white noise, but we were aware of it. During the day there is a long pretty bell lyric on the hour, but during sleeping hours it is simply the quarter hour gong.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. A family owned and operated Pension. Nice room and bathroom. Adequate breakfast buffet included. Nice and safe location off the beaten path.

Showed up late and the front office was empty but the nicest woman came running out of the dark to give us the keys. Amazing location and the nicest staff! Would totally stay again! The castle right behind the hotel is closed monday and tuesday i beleive and dont have credit card or tap to pay so bring some loose euro!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment. Had everything we needed. Garden chairs and BBQ were a bonus! Host responded quickly to questions. Thank you!!
