"Stayed in the big family room on the top floor Sun 11th Feb with my wife, daughter and dog. The room was very clean, huge smart TV, tea/coffee facilities and very spacious! We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Lynn, the host was very nice, friendly and helpful.. showed me around all the facilities and showed us how to use the key codes. "Great stay, a last minute decision for a night in Hull. We had our own room with en-suite & we couldn’t fault it. Full use of kitchen on 2nd floor if needed. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Very convenient multi story car park opposite (cost us £9.50 to park overnight). Would definitely go back again 👍"

"Peaceful rural location, lovely room, well equipped, a really good cooked breakfast, chosen the night before, great selection in a nice room. Took my dog, she was very happy there, we walked quiet lanes evening and morning from the door, saw 3 deer and lots of rabbits. A list of places to eat out was provided with opening times, distance and info about cuisine and other features. Lovely owner, and a good night's sleep, drove down to Spurs Point stopping at a huge deserted beach just beyond...

"The hotel was entirely as described. I stayed for 2 weeks due to hospital stay and it was a comfortable safe place to stay. We had use of the kitchen area and the gardens were pretty even for the winter, I imagine they would be even better in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Nightmare!! When I booked this place I was given an option to pay when I get to the hotel, but this isn’t the case. Plus the post code on here isn’t to the location of the hotel either grrrrrr!!! Plus on the Sunday there was any hot water. I must say Jan was great. I won’t be returning again. "
