Amazing hotel and people

well, we stayed in White Palace Hotel for one night and actually had a pretty nice experience. As in most of Turkish hotels, the staff is friendly and wellcoming. The hotel it self is new, and what should be defenitelly marked, the hotel is located not far from the metro station wich can connect you to Istanbul Ataturk Airport in 8-10 minutes - that was the main factor for me while I was looking for a hotel.

This is one of my favorite places to stay while I'm in Istanbul it's in a very quiet neighborhood Florya, next to the Old Airport dining options are 5-minute drive away with hundreds of options I prefer to go to Yeṣilköy Promenade where there's plenty of seafood restaurants only 5 minutes drive away. The hotel is an excellent, rooms are very comfortable and are in very good condition everything is spotless the staff is very very friendly. I highly recommend this place

The memorable experience overall

This is a brand new hotel and we stayed before it was fully open. However we had a great stay. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Location is fantastic just behind the station and next to Metro. View from room is amazing across the harbor. Very quiet. Good air con. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Big tv. Everything we could have wished for. We would be very happy to stay again

I booked this place because of the positive reviews we saw on Expedia; at least one of which said it was child-friendly. I also liked the fact that they had a good wifi signal, since I often need to do work while on vacation. We arrived a bit early to check in, but the front desk staff was so helpful to us. We were served tea and they made our young children feel welcome immediately upon arrival. What was nice and special is that they gave us a stack of DVD movies for our children to watch,...

Brilliant welcome by staff. Very clean and tidy

Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.

This hotel was great, and I truly believe it was a perfect example of getting what you pay for. The room was a little on the smaller side, especially for a couple traveling with luggage, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for.
