"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "The room and hotel was excellent. It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy. "
