"The house was as described! Had a view of the lake and walkable distance to public access. It had everything we needed for the long weekend from dishes, cookware, silverware, extra blankets, etc...The host sent a message before arriving explaining check in and location. It was convenient to visit friends nearby as well as take day trips to Ludington, Manistee, and to get ice cream at Jones! "

"Terrific location for UTV riding! Relaxing family time cooking together and enjoying camp fires. Cabins were great with comfy furniture. We brought a few movies and board games for a rainy afternoon. We will definitely be back!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Little Red School House from 11/16/2024 to 11/23/2024. The property was very clean sitting up on a hill above the Big South Branch of the Pere Marquette River. Beautiful views from the deck and through the door wall from the dining room and living room. House comes with 2 bedrooms (the queen size beds are very comfortable). There is a bunk bed too. Full kitchen. Bath with shower was very nice. The owners responded very fast to any questions. There is a store...
