"We booked the most expensive room which cost a fortune. When we arrived the room was occupied as they had sold it twice. They put us in the cheapest room with noisy air conditioning and no lock on the patio door. Blaned Hotels.com and offered no compensation or even a courtesy something. "

Det känns som att det fattas något för att få en mer personlig touch och för att man ska trivas fullt ut. Frukostbuffén är okej, men inte mer än så. Gott om färsk frukt dock, vilket är en stor bonus.
