"One star for the lack of staff. Check in is done online and you are sent a key code to open doors. Not really an issue, except our door would unlock but the doorknob wouldn’t turn. Tried to contact someone through their website (the only contact offered) and never got a reply. We did eventually get into the room after about 10 minutes of entering the code.
