"The room was clean. The walls are very thin that you can hear footsteps above. There is constant loud noises like train that is happening during the night. Rough sleep as it was loud in surrounding area. "

The only complaint I had was that parking was full so we had to walk all the way around to get in the building and no elevator for the 2nd floor. But not a deal breaker. "

"This hotel is in a quiet area with great outdoors and a rural view. While it's pretty close to I-40 and Williams downtown, it gives a great sense of connection with nature. Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to the Grand Canyon area. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is awesome. I highly recommend it!"

"The property has been well updated. A train regularly runs nearby which could be nice or bad depending on how that affects your sleep. I tend to like the sound. Firm bed, mostly clean and well taken care of. Hot water, good AC, drains work well. I would repeat a stay for one or two night's travel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. 11 minutes from the airport"
