Location is great and the staff is super friendly. However, my room was really beat up, the mattress was old and heavily used, paint tired and furniture was super beat up. It's kind of depressing. Although probably the best price in Flagstaff... the bathroom alone (terrible) would probably keep me from going back.

This is Motel 6 and everyone knows it's bare bones. So this place is typical of other Motel 6's. However, there were two things really good about it. First, despite being right next to interstate 40, there was no traffic noise once inside the room with the door closed. The hum of the air conditioner was all I heard. Also, right across the street was a shopping mall with a grocery store, Walmart, and a few restaurants so that was very convenient. So if your budget can only afford Motel 6 I highly recommend this place.

The area is a little sketchy ,but over all was safe . The check in however is a kiosk and you do not see any staff at the front desk area ever. They do have an ice machine ,and laundry facility. The pool is maintained well also.
