"Very happy with our choice. Great for location and was a very pleasant stay. We had a room at the rear or the building which was quiet. It has a smaller balcony with no sunbed but we had the use of the terrace if we wanted. The staff were friendly and very helpful. This made checking in a breeze. Also were able to leave our luggage while we had the last few hours in Benidorm. Location is spot on. Near to beach, shops and restaurants. Great area. Will definitely book again"

"It was exactly what I needed. Great value. Local to the town, beach and bus centre. Lidls and McDonalds are within a five minute walk. This time of year it is very quiet at night other than the occasional car or motorbike. And very reasonable in price. I am coming back in July. "

"The pictures on the website are misleading of the property you might end up staying in. Our accommodation was more like a garden summerhouse. It was clean but very tired and not equipped at all. The three towels were all hand towels. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when trying to use the terrible WiFi. We didn’t have time to use it but the pool looked lovely. The cafe served a nice basic breakfast. Great location near the beach. "

"The staff in Santa Faz were very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you to them. Daily maid service. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks and was included in the price I paid. The hotel itself has an original charm to it. It's location in the Old Town area is spot on.
