"I loved the convenient location for transport to all parts of the city; the staff were great-very kind and helpful. Great value for two sharing a room with ensuite. Took me a while to acquaint myself with the procedures for self-cooking, food storage etc in the communal kitchen and dining rooms, but people were helpful. Bed was really comfortable. "My Deluxe Single was very spacious and comfortable. My one critique is you have to climb all the way into the capsule pod just to access the touch panel and key card slot to turn on the power. It was very inconvenient, especially when the whole the room was dark. I would suggest the panel be installed right next to the door. The hotel's location is perfect.
