"Even though the square was super busy and noisy, rooms at the back are perfectly quiet at night after the last train. Had to wait a bit for a space in the car park but this was due to los Reyes Magos so probably it is normally no problem. Very good shower and bed. The front desk is only open at limited hours but there is a 24 hour number to call and check-in/out is very efficient. "Horrible. De primeras la encargada de la pensión ni se presentó, solo nos pidió los datos y nos abrió la habitación. La habitación lejos de estar limpia, pues los muebles tenían polvo y encontramos un calcetín usado y sucio con polvo debajo de una cama, tenía grietas en las paredes, pintadas y restos de haber quemado la pared. Ademas la mampara de la ducha también tenía una grieta que asustaba. Lo único bueno se puede decir que las camas eran cómodas y el pueblo por la noche es tranquilo y...

"We stayed in one of the mobile homes and it was comfortable enough for four persons, but the third child had to sleep on the kitchen sofa. The mobile home had everything such as bed sheets, towels, equipped kitchen. The pool was nice and the kids spent several hours in it. The reception staff was very helpful and, although for some it might be a downside, we found it great to be staying a little outside of the city."

"Very comfortable rooms. English-speaking receptionist . Older building but modern inside, 2 chairs instead of the usual one, electrical outlets on each side of the bed. Easy parking and nice breakfast. However when I loaded the address into my gps it took me to the center of Usurbil. A nice local woman led us a few kilometers away to the village of Aginaga and the cider house where we found the hotel in the Aginaga village. Perhaps Auzoa means village but we didn't understand the language....
