"We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed."

From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
