"The cottage is placed on a calm street, but is still close to everything in Farnham and is very easy to get to. The owners are lovely and very accommodating if you need help. The bed is supercomfy, and the cottage has everything you need to stay. I stayed 4 nights."

Security chain on front door broken, carbon monoxide alarm not working freezing Cold. Flat info not correct for entry or services. Phone to report Stay Beyond team kept promising that maintenance were coming but they never turned up. Asked to be moved but offered accommodation and hour away which wasn't possible...

"Really sweet little barn. Loved having access to the tennis court and a real bonus that we could walk to the local restaurant at Goodwood (just 10 mins along a quiet country road). Great location!"

"A charming older property from the outside. The stairs were a bit steep. I didn't like the fact that the key had to be used to unlock and lock the room making it hatter to flee in the case of an emergency. The shower in my room was tiny. The people were lovely and keen to help. "
