Laval is definitely not the touristy side of Montreal, so we were a little surprised by the location (lack of amenities), but that really has nothing to do with the motel. We would book here again and recommend it to our friends."

"Bed and towels were clean, fresh and smelled good. I believe both bathtubs could of been cleaned better. Fortunately, I always bring my stuff to clean the baths when I go to a hotel due to an unpleasant experience somewhere else in the past. But overall, it was alright. I went there because I rented a room there for my father 2 years ago and he told me it was a good place. BE CAREFUL!!! THEY DON’T TELL YOU AND IT IS NOT WRITTEN ANYWHERE, BUT THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! "Our stay at Comfort Suites was delightful. On the initial day, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which made the temperature uncomfortably high. However, upon notifying the staff, they promptly relocated us to another room that not only had a functional AC but also boasted a balcony. "It's a personal preference. There is nothing wrong with the property itself.its just right off a busy road. If you miss it you have to double back. My GPS was a godsend. Like I mentioned the property itself is great just pay attention so you don't miss it if you are new to the area like we were. "

" overall everything was pretty good. For the price and location, you can’t get anything better, that’s for sure. Many restaurants, bars and shops to choose from. Walking distance to pretty much anything if you are up for it. The only couple things that I would like to point out are: the pictures are quite misleading so don’t expect it to be as accurate as shown on the website. Make sure to provide the right wifi password to your guests and utilities like towels and more than 1 soap/shampoo...

"Greeting upon arrival great. Easy free parking on premises . Received package during stay no problem.. Newer hotel with good size rooms that are spotless . 15 minutes from Airport and most restaurants and shopping however you do need a car to get around in that area. Good breakfast.. We had 2 rooms for a week and associates all mentioned bed comfort was very good. One little negative my group felt there should have been bottle water free in room."
