As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too. And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy. "

"The electrical sensor door was installed but did not work and I need the key to open it. I was informed by reception to leave the door card in the slot and leave room only with the key. The stay was generally OK. "

"The rooms is perfect and the beds too on the other hand it's a little bit small where if I were to have a larger bag then there isn't enough space to walk pass to the toilet but it's worth the price "
