"We absolutely fell in love with the Pipe House charm and the warm and friendly owner! Great vibes, beautiful location just steps from the beach, unique lodgings and fun common areas to hang out. We can’t say enough about this gem of a place. We ate dinner down the way at the Swells Cafe Playa Grande. This is a very special place to be! I plan on returning in the future. Hopefully sooner than later. "

"Great view, nice pool (infinity edge not working but not the end of the world) all rooms and amenities as described. Safe and secure area. Great access to 5 beaches from 5minutes away to 30minutes away. "

"Super clean, incredible view and super simple walk to main Playa Flamingo, and a smaller more “private” beachfront is even closer and is amazing for snorkeling/fishing. Host is incredibly responsive and kind and check in/out was very simple. "

"We had a great stay. The property managers are super fast to respond to questions. The condo is recently renovated and spotless. So cute - walk out onto the pool. Location is part way up the hill overlooking the marina. A little hike but not too strenuous. Definitely stay here again. "

"This is an excellent home base to explore the Guanacaste coast! We spent 5 nights here and the experience was amazing. The house is surrounded by nature with a beautiful view over the hills. We spent half our time just enjoying the balcony - reading, grilling, soaking in the tub and just looking out. "clean rooms and a nice bed to rest. loved that it was 10 min walk from the beach. the breakfast was lovely ! and the pool is definetly what sold me , so nice to go for a swim after a beach day "
