"Property was well positioned in the heart of Barcelona with tons of amenities (that I did not use). I had a private room with bathroom which was spotless and well kept through out my stay. The entire hostel was VERY quiet which was perfect for an old lady like me! I would recommend a private room at BcnSportsHostels for anyone looking for a budget hotel type experience. My one quibble is that the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, I could feel every spring, but it did not stop me from...

"We stayed here before and after our cruise out of Barcelona! They were so accommodating with us. Let us keep our luggage there to wander the city before and after and any questions we had about transport they were more than willing to help! They even had an open room and allowed us to check in early (unexpected but super helpful!) We had an issue with a light in our bathroom and they fixed it while we were out for the day! Would highly recommend!!"

"Would certainly go back to the oasis. The balcony pool was excellent. Could sit outside in the middle of the city rather then be stuck in a hotel room. "

"Functional room, no frills, which was the expectation. Staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast/ snack bar was pretty good and inexpensive. I did email a couple questions 3 wewks prior to arrival and got no response. My only real complaint is the pillows- only 1 per person and quality was low, practically not a pillow at all. The sign in the room stated you could request another pillow, but would cost €30!"

"I stayed there for 2 nights. The room is nice with big window n specious. Shower is really good with really warm water/ relaxing. The staff are friendly n helpful. They changed another room for me as the room I stayed nearby plants n ants were crawling! I’m on special diet so did not have breakfast. But they provided hot drinking water anytime as no kettle in the room. Over roll my stay was satisfactory "
