"I booked a double room with a queen-size bed, but I was given a room with twin beds. I was not informed about this until I arrived in the room. When I called the reception, I was told that there was no availability, which is why they assigned me a twin room instead. I have a baby, and sometimes he sleeps with us because he feels uncomfortable sleeping alone in the baby cot. For a 4-star hotel, I expected more transparency and better service regarding room allocation. That said, the staff were respectful and helpful throughout our stay."
