"This apartment worked very well for a family of 6 with four older teens. The location was great - we enjoyed being a bit away from the busier central part of Barcelona. All of the sites were still accessible, but we were very close to the beach and the area itself is vibrant with a lot of restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores. The owner offered two day tours that took us outside the city. It was perfect - only slightly more expensive than similar tours we were looking at with larger groups, but...

"Everything was perfect from beginning to end, rooms are fairly small, but the under bed compartment works perfect. Only thing I’d recommend it if having somewhere to dry/hang your towel "

"Is close to everywhere, the Poblanou Rambla, supermarkets, the beach is across the street, you can walk around, the apartment is very modern, confortable and practical, people are very friendly and also is about 30 minutes from the Center of Barcelona with traffic, overall is very convinient and when i go back to BCN i will stay there again, I recommend it a lot."

We were looking to self cater, but the apartment was missing a few useful kitchen items (chopping board, tea towels etc), but not a big issue. No real access to balcony - we had thought from the description it had a balcony we could use. "
