The staff was great and very helpful with whatever we needed, whether it was something for the room, things to do in and around Barcelona and getting us dinner reservations. Emma and Raquel at the front desk/concierge were especially helpful and always willing to provide assistance or guidance whenever we needed as well as constantly checking up on us to see if there was anything we needed or anything they could do to make our stay better. It was a great experience and if I had a chance to go to Barcelona again I would definitely stay here again. "
