"Hotel is cheap and close to the busy area. Owners were amazing and hooked us up in so many ways. They rented us a cheap motorbike, booked our tour, translated phrases to get us back to the airport in Hanoi, and got us a taxi. Won us over for sure. The hotel is good but the service is amazing. "

"I definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Cat Ba! The staff were really helpful and friendly, the overall layout is really good, and you’re very close to the city square. They also have karaoke nights, free breakfast, a pool table, and a pool so you can hang out there too. Just be aware that there are only stairs between floors if that’s a concern"
