No entanto, certas coisas são muito básicas e o hotel peca muito em alguns sentidos: as roupas de cama e banho são extremamente surradas e encardidas; o vidro do box do banheiro é extremamente fosco e sujo. Não custa nada dar uma pequena investida em roupas de cama e limpa vidro :) A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa mas um pouco displicente: fiquei hospedada por 5 dias e TODOS os dias eu tive que ligar para a recepção para pedir toalhas, pois...

Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "
