Functional but needs some TLC

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Gostamos do hotel em excelente localização transporte perto de fácil acesso So tem um porém de dois elevador so tinha um em funcionamento e quebrou no dia em que fomos embora tivemos que descer do sétimo andar com várias malas

Checkin demorado demais Cheguei 1.40 da.madrugada cansado Cartao demorou a abrir a porta eletronica do quarto... Zero de isolamento acustico...pois ha uma Boate ao lado do Hotel.... entao impossivel conseguir dormir ate as 4 da.manha final de semana. Falta de sorte talvez? Ainda escutava gemidos e gritos de um casal fazendo sexo no quarto ao lado.. Ar condicionado com avaria. Nao esquentava Toalhas e lencois amarelados Cama ruim sem conforto algum Travesseiro ruim Cafe da.manha simples e regular NAO VOLTO E NEM RECOMENDO ESTE HOTEL

Tive uma estadia confortável no hotel. Fomos muito bem recepcionados desde a chegada, com atendimento atencioso e cordial — sempre havia alguém na recepção. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é bem gostoso e muito bem servido, com reposição frequente. Todo o ambiente é muito limpo. A única observação que gostaria de fazer é em relação aos lençóis. Acho que seria importante uma atenção maior nesse aspecto, pois alguns estavam visivelmente manchados ou amarelados pelo uso. Uma troca mais criteriosa ajudaria a manter o padrão de cuidado que o hotel demonstra nas demais áreas.
