Functional but needs some TLC

The staff make this place, they were amazing and super accommodating with our flight delay and the 24/7 reception desk was great. Nothing was too big for them to help with and we felt very safe there as 2 female travellers. The room facilities were very very bare bones and the condition of our room was not great. There was a burn mark from a lamp on our bedside table and there was only one pillow each, the air conditioning remote and the tv remote also didn’t really work and at times we struggled to get the power on as the keycard slot was a little dodgy. It was pretty clean, but could have been a bit cleaner for our tastes. However, the breakfast was really great and the hotel was located and perfect for our needs. Value for money was amazing and if you want something functional and fuss free for a trip to the falls I would still recommend this place.

Tive uma estadia confortável no hotel. Fomos muito bem recepcionados desde a chegada, com atendimento atencioso e cordial — sempre havia alguém na recepção. O café da manhã, apesar de simples, é bem gostoso e muito bem servido, com reposição frequente. Todo o ambiente é muito limpo. A única observação que gostaria de fazer é em relação aos lençóis. Acho que seria importante uma atenção maior nesse aspecto, pois alguns estavam visivelmente manchados ou amarelados pelo uso. Uma troca mais criteriosa ajudaria a manter o padrão de cuidado que o hotel demonstra nas demais áreas.

Pelo preço da diaria fui preparada para o pior e me surpreendi bastante, os quartos eram grandes e o café da manhã bem completo. Estava tudo bem limpinho, as instalações sao um pouco antigas mas nada que atrapalhou a estadia. A localização é excelente também

Estadia tranquila e agradável. Funcionários dispostos a nos ajudar e tirar dúvidas sobre passeios. Nossas malas puderam ficar no maleiro enquanto terminávamos os passeios após nosso check out. fomos de ônibus para o aeroporto, o hotek fica bem localizado, em frente ao ponto que podemos pegar esse transporte

Mal atendimento na cozinha

Venho, por meio deste, elogiar a equipe deste hotel, especialmente os colaboradores que atuam na recepção. Demonstraram ser extremamente humanos, simpáticos e prestativos, ajudando-me em diversos momentos. O hotel é aconchegante e oferece um café da manhã justo pelo valor da diária. Contudo, infelizmente, tive uma experiência bastante desagradável com a equipe da cozinha. No dia 23/05, precisei sair mais cedo para pegar um voo para um país vizinho, acompanhado de minha mãe, um amigo e minha irmã, que possui deficiência. Passei pela cozinha e perguntei, de forma educada, se seria possível pegar ao menos algum alimento para levarmos, uma vez que havíamos pago pelo café da manhã, mas não poderíamos consumi-lo ali devido ao horário do voo. A funcionária que me atendeu foi extremamente grosseira, mesmo com o buffet já montado, e negou qualquer possibilidade de nos ceder algo. Reforcei que havíamos pago pelo café e pedi, ao menos, uma fruta, mas ela foi irredutível, repetindo com firmeza que não seria possível. Outra funcionária, que estava dentro da cozinha, também negou, embora eu não a tenha visto, apenas escutado sua voz. Mais tarde, ao chegarmos ao aeroporto no país vizinho, fomos surpreendidos com o cancelamento do voo e o realocamento para o início da tarde. Estávamos em um aeroporto com pouquíssimos recursos, onde só havia pão doce e café à venda. Passamos fome até a chegada a Buenos Aires, especialmente preocupante por estar acompanhado de uma idosa e uma pessoa cm deficie
