"We had a wonderful time staying at southern charm. The house was beautiful and accommodated our whole family with ease. The house seemed to be newly renovated but still had a few aggregating doors that would not close properly. Overall we were very satisfied with Southern Charm."

"We had a great time on our family trip to the beach. The house accommodated our group well. It was right next to the pickle ball and volleyball courts and pool. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad unless you were carrying a lot of stuff. Only 15 minutes or less back to the grocery store and restaurants in Port St. Joe. The beach was great and not too crowded even on July 4th."

The elevator became inoperative on the second day we were there. We were told initially that the elevator technician was booked for two weeks, but later told that they would be out in two more days.
